How it works:
During each hour-long session, we will focus on your specific areas of growth as a coach. You can choose to bring a client/coachee to the session for live coaching or record a 30-minute coaching session with their approval beforehand. We will listen to the recording together and I will provide solution-focused feedback through the lens of the ICF core competencies. You can record the feedback and ask specific questions at any point during the session for a more personalized learning experience.
