Mentoring for Coaches

Are you a coach-in-training or in practice, seeking a professional credential, Associated Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or looking to improve your coaching skills based on the latest core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)?

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Facilitator/Trainer of ICF-accredited coach education programs, a Mentor Coach of Erickson Coaching International, and on the ICF Mentor Coach registry. I offer personalized 1:1 virtual mentor sessions to help you enhance your skills in the key coaching elements of listening, questioning, and partnering. Also, I can support you in preparing for the ICF Credentialing Exam which I have passed successfully in its current format.

How it works:

During each hour-long session, we will focus on your specific areas of growth as a coach. You can choose to bring a client/coachee to the session for live coaching or record a 30-minute coaching session with their approval beforehand. We will listen to the recording together and I will provide solution-focused feedback through the lens of the ICF core competencies. You can record the feedback and ask specific questions at any point during the session for a more personalized learning experience.
